In order to sustain our low adminstration costs for the benefit of ourselves and our clients, we do not however furnish blanket or matrix price lists for benchmarking incumbent suppliers.

For tender invitations, we respectfully request pre-qualification details including a personal contact, details of the tender, the awarding criteria and the expected number of tenderers.

Actual tender documents should include samples of each and every item together with a full written specification as well as a prioritised objective list (cost reduction, improved service levels, continuity of quality / supply etc).

We trust that you will appreciate our stance on these matters as being intrinsic to the protection of our resources and continued cost effectiveness.
